Discover the INELDA Doula Approach rooted in listening, self-awareness, recognizing the dying person’s autonomy, and an understanding of physiological death and loss. This foundational approach to providing care at the end-of-life was designed for learners to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to effectively support and guide a dying person and their circle of care.
This training is open to all and consists of self-paced prework (10–12 hrs), educator-led group sessions (24 hrs), and self-paced postwork (3–5 hrs). It will be led by INELDA educators Nzinga Abdullah-Aziz and Valoria Walker.
A Certificate of Completion will be made available after finishing all necessary materials.
IN-PERSON Sessions (REQUIRED):
This training will meet over 4 in person group sessions as follows:

FRI | JUNE 26 | 8:30am–5:30pm
SAT | JUNE 27 | 8:30am–5:30pm
SUN | JUNE 28 | 8:30am –12:30pm
