The final and longest run of the series is here. Join us at Third Space Cafe for a key endurance weekend as we head toward Buffalo Marathon race day.
This FREE community long run welcomes all paces and all run clubs, with distances that mirror peak training for both events.
Run options:
• Half Marathon Training: 10 miles
• Full Marathon Training: 20 miles
Presented in collaboration with Buffalo Marathon, Runner’s Roost, and Buffalo Rehab Group, this run is about confidence, community, and finishing strong.
