After all the hard work we have put into our Olympic lifting cycle it's time to come and put your hard work to the test! Saturday October 18th from 3pm until 7.30pm at Rip Training Cessnock.
Join us for an afternoon of barbell fun! While we will be running this in the Olympic lifting style, we are going CrossFit rules which means any style of lift counts (eg. squat, power, muscle) and we will be testing cleans, jerks and snatches in 3 separate sections.
Sign up is $30, registration cost will be going towards catering for the event!
Placings will be based on the Sinclair system which we will explain in more detail shortly.
