Luke Haverhals is the founder of Natural Fiber Welding (NFW), and will share how his work as a PhD chemist turned accidental entrepreneur is transforming the fashion and manufacturing industries by replacing plastics with plant-based, biodegradable alternatives.
This program celebrates the enduring influence of Dr. Jane Goodall, whose vision continues to inspire action for a more sustainable and compassionate planet.

*Roots & Shoots will be collecting body care items to be donated to Shelter House to support unhoused individuals. Please bring pads, tampons, travel sized shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste to help those in our community!
