This year, we're thrilled to present our 11 prestigious awards, including the Walter Washington Jr. "In His Shoes" Award. This bronze cast of Walter's actual shoes is a poignant tribute to the dedication he showed to the communities we serve and is a reminder of the hard work we do to create positive change across the Treasure Coast.

The Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council (TCHSC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit registered in the State of Florida. TCHSC is the lead agency to the FL-509 Continuum of Care and has a mission to prevent and end homelessness on Florida’s Treasure Coast, and to assure that if homelessness happens, it is brief and non-recurring. TCHSC partners with over 60 organizations across Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties to provide services to families who are at risk of or are currently experiencing homelessness.
