Join us as the sun sets for a soulful evening to honour International Women’s Day with a restorative sound bath and guided meditation. ✨
Together, we’ll slow down, reflect, and celebrate the strength, wisdom, and beauty of women in a peaceful, nurturing space. Let the vibrations wash over you, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner power.
Come as you are. Leave grounded, inspired, and deeply restored.
The evening includes: • Guided meditation • Sound healing journey • Light refreshments and tea.
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. You may also wish to bring a blanket and a small pillow or cushion to rest your head for added comfort during the sound bath.
How will the evening unfold?
6-6:15 PM – Arrival
6:30 PM – Opening & Guided Experience
7:30 PM – Sound Healing
8:20- 9 PM – Closing & Tea
