About this Event
For the past six years, the WE-CAN Project led by Queen’s University has supported and championed women-led businesses across the Kingston and Quinte region. As this initiative comes to a close, we’re excited to gather with members of our incredible WE-CAN community to celebrate the impact we’ve made together.
Join us at Pedal Works Café & Studio (owned and operated by WE-CAN client Martha Williams) for a special celebration where we’ll not only look back on the journey we’ve shared, but also look ahead to what’s coming next.
At this event, you will have a chance to:
- Connect (and reconnect) with other WE-CAN clients
- Hear the stories of several long-time WE-CAN clients in their own words
- Participate in our Community Impact Wall
- Bring your business cards and/or promotional items for our Sharing Table
- Enjoy a variety of delicious baked goods courtesy of the WE-CAN Project
- Purchase a beverage in support of the Pedal Works Café & Studio
- Join us in a Toast to the Future
- Have your photo taken (alone or with other attendees) by our event photographer
This event is also an opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and share your own story with fellow entrepreneurs.
Together, we’ll celebrate six remarkable years of community, connection, and learning as we look ahead to the future.
If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the past six years, it’s that when women come together, amazing things happen.
Community is helium, and when we support one another, we all rise.
Space is limited, so reserve your spot today.
We look forward to celebrating with you!
