In Her Body is a movement-based, education-driven, and community-centred gathering designed to support girls and women (ages 10+) in feeling strong, safe, expressive, and grounded — in sport, in life, and within themselves. The day includes a pelvic floor workshop, self-defence seminar, expressive movement session, restorative sound bath, and a curated selection of women-owned vendors. It’s an intentional space rooted in empowerment, healing, and connection.
