I am offering an in-depth yoga training pathway for those who feel called to deepen their practice and step into teaching with clarity, integrity, and alignment with the Ashtanga tradition.
You can choose the path that best suits your experience:
➤ For certified yoga teachers (200h+)
If you already hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and wish to refine your skills, deepen your understanding, and align more fully with Ashtanga methodology, you are invited to join my 50-hour in-person advanced training.
This immersive experience focuses on precise technique, intelligent sequencing, breath, philosophy, and embodied teaching.
➤ For complete beginners
If you are new to yoga or do not yet hold a certification, you will begin with a 200-hour online training through Yoga Renew, an internationally accredited yoga school.
After completing the online portion, you will continue with an additional 50 hours of in-person training with me, where we integrate practice, teaching skills, and the deeper essence of the Ashtanga path.
Both pathways lead you into a grounded, authentic, and embodied approach to teaching.
There are 3 Sunday foreseen for upcoming trimester ( 21h -training)
We begin on Sunday 26th of April ,Sunday 24/5 and Sunday 21/06
Price for 3 Sundays (235€, additional cost for rental of place and material will be confirmed upon your registration)
