About this Event
About the event
British designer and Great British Sewing Bee judge Patrick Grant joins Amy Cooper-Wright for an evening exploring craftsmanship, sustainability, and the future of making. Friends since their Oxford days, the pair share a commitment to honest, local production — a philosophy embodied in their collaboration. The range repurposes denim offcuts from Community Clothing’s Lancashire factory into zero-waste notebooks with 100% recycled covers.
Grant and Cooper-Wright will discuss the importance of storytelling in making, supporting UK suppliers, and designing with integrity. The new notebooks will be available to purchase at the event.
What to expect
A 20 minute talk followed by Q&A and informal discussion.
Opportunity to browse and purchase the notebooks.
