About this Event
Join us at Clevedon Library for an evening in conversation with acclaimed screenwriter, director, and author Tim Sullivan.
Tim’s many screenwriting credits include A Handful of Dust, Where Angels Fear to Tread, and Jack and Sarah (which he also directed). He also directed the ninety-minute finale of Cold Feet, and has written extensively for film, TV, and radio, both in the UK and Hollywood.
The Dentist, the first novel in his DS Cross crime series, was published in 2020. The series is set in and around Bristol and follows the eccentric and socially awkward, but brilliantly persistent, DS George Cross. The seventh in the series, The Bookseller, was published on 16 January 2025.
The evening will include a reading from Tim, and a discussion about his writing and inspiration. There will also be the chance to ask your own question during the audience Q and A.
Reserve Tim's books now at the LibrariesWest website with a valid library card number and PIN.
Doors will open at 7pm and the event will start at 7.30pm.
We anticipate that this event will be popular, so if you are no longer able to join us, please cancel your booking to let someone else attend.
