Maine’s First Asian American Community Center, in partnership with Equality Community Center and Forge Theater Labs, welcomes author, producer, director, and activist Curtis Chin for a community conversation about his memoir, Everything I Learned, I Learned in a Chinese Restaurant.

Moderated by Forge Theater Labs Founder Joshua N Hsu, this event brings together LGBTQ+ communities, immigrant communities, asian communities, and the arts communities for an afternoon centered on storytelling, belonging, identity, and the power of food and family at the Equality Community Center in downtown Portland.
