What happens when we remove colour completely?
In this workshop, we’ll create bold, striking collages using only black and white materials.
Working with magazines, books and printed imagery, we’ll explore:
• High contrast compositions
• Playing with light and dark
• Texture and layering
• Creating mood without colour
• Letting form and idea lead the way
Limiting ourselves to black and white pushes creativity in surprising ways. The results are often dramatic, graphic, surreal, and beautifully cohesive.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced collage artists alike.
