✨💗✨ Welcome to the new ✨ ImPulse Ecstatic Dance ✨ You asked for a morning dance wave and here it comes: morning ecstatic journey in our beloved Somerville Armory. Feel the sunrise energy, Feel the pulse. Follow the impulse.
We begin with a gentle yoga warm-up with Amelia to awaken the body and open the breath. From there, we ride a full ecstatic wave with DJ Luminus: building, expanding, and flowing together on the dance floor. No choreography. Just music, movement, and the shared pulse of the community.

🌿 Our Covid & health policy: if you have any flu like symptoms or test positive for Covid please stay home. Testing for Covid before the event is encouraged, but not required. Anyone is welcome to wear a mask during the dance or use our "dance alone" wristband available at the front desk. Thank you for your cooperation .
