Join us for a class that welcomes dancers of all levels to enhance their improvisational skills! We’ll explore the fundamentals of sensitivity, deep listening, and body awareness. Learning to listen to your body and allow movement impulse to create dance exploration. The session includes a guided individual warm-up, movement goals and prompts all guided by a creative and supportive teacher. Dive into dynamic movement exploration and play in a supportive and creative environment. All are welcome!MONDAYS 11:00-NOON with STACEY HORTON
