Pelvic floor weakness is a worldwide problem and can effect us all at any time of our life.Many of us suffer in silence with issues such as:
- Stress Incontinence (leaks when you cough, sneeze, run, jump)
- Having to get up in the night for the toilet
- Urgency to get to the toilet
All these can be improved!
Improving your Pelvic Floor and stability helps massively.
The aims of our Pelvic Floor workshop is to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment in which you will learn about:
•Pelvic floor function and dysfunctions
•How to strengthen your pelvic floor
It will be mainly theory based and group discussion, but please wear comfortable clothing in order to participate in the practical exercises too.
All you will need to bring along is a notepad and pen and a drink
