Through movement, listening, and supportive interaction, you’ll explore how improv sharpens communication, builds presence, and helps you show up more fully, both personally and professionally.
Expect laughter, connection, and a few surprises. After all, it is April Fool’s Day.
You’ll be guided through engaging improv exercises that focus on listening deeply, supporting others, and responding in the moment. No performance experience required, just a willingness to participate, move your body, and keep an open mind. Dress comfortably and bring your sense of humor.
About the Facilitator
Karen Brown has been immersed in the performing arts since third grade and brings years of experience using improvisation as a foundation for scene work, collaboration, and authentic connection. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Acting with a minor in Communications from Florida State University and has seen firsthand how improv strengthens confidence, creativity, and communication in everyday life.
