Improv for Anxiety with Second City
Feeling anxious? Let's laugh it off together with Second City! Join us for a fun and interactive online improv session lead by experienced instructors and designed to help you manage anxiety in a light-hearted way. A Second City Training Centre instructor will lead the class through a series of improv exercises that are specifically chosen to help students focus on the present and step outside of their comfort zones. In a safe and nurturing environment, participants will be introduced to a number of tools they can use to manage feelings of stress and anxiety.
No experience necessary, just come as you are and be ready to have a good time. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to destress and connect with others from the comfort of your own home!
