Advanced Improvisation is for performers who are comfortable and proficient performing in a variety of games and exercises on stage, and experienced actors who are comfortable performing scenes. This class may focus on one specific area of improvisation, be tailored to address your individual needs as a performer or explore a selection of niche areas ranging from character to mask from status to genre, from musical to mime. As a small ensemble you will work towards a wholly original showcase performance with discovery at the heart of the course! Acceptance into advanced improvisation is by recommendation or audition only.
• Limited participants per class ensuring you get the personalized attention from your instructor and social distancing during the workshop is maintained
• Over 14 hours of tuition including stage-time in a professional theatre
• A showcase performance at the Courtyard Playhouse open to your friends and family
