Improv Comedy & Acting for Teewns and Teens

Improv is exciting because it feels like a game — no scripts, no right or wrong answers, just imagination and spontaneity. This makes it instantly engaging for this age group, keeping them active, involved, and eager to participate.

At the same time, it goes far beyond fun. Through interactive games and activities, participants will:

Overcome stage fear and build real confidence

Improve communication and listening skills

Think creatively and respond quickly

Learn teamwork, empathy, and collaboration

Embrace mistakes and develop a positive mindset

Express themselves freely without fear of judgment

To make the experience even more meaningful, there will be a Student Showcase on 24th May at the same venue, where participants will take the stage and present what they have learned. This live performance opportunity helps reinforce confidence, celebrate their growth, and give them a real taste of being on stage.

Jayashree has been learning and teaching Improv since 2017, helping kids and teens build confidence, creativity, and fearless self-expression. A Master’s graduate in Psychology and a certified counsellor, she creates a fun, safe space where mistakes turn into opportunities.

She has led workshops in acting, voice training, and improv, blending learning with laughter. Also a Radio Jockey (RJ), she brings high energy and strong communication to every session.

She will be conducting this workshop with her Improv Commune Hyderabad team — expect fun, confidence, and a lot of “yes, and!” moments. 🎭✨
