About this Event
Learn the basics of long-form improv. Students will cover scenework principles like "yes-and" and active listening. Over this six-week period, we'll build the groundwork for comedic improvised scenes that'll jumpstart your love of improv. Classes every Tuesday, March 17th - April 21st from 7:00-9:30pm.
The course will culminate in a student show on the afternoon of Saturday, April 25th.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
- Students are required to attend 2 improv shows at Mettlesome during the course (students get into shows for free)
- Students are allowed a maximum of 2 absences per course.

INSTRUCTOR: Adrienne Tegreeny (she/her) joined her first improv team in high school. Since then she has performed with short form, Harold, and Narrative teams as well as coached both short and long form improv in Orlando, San Jose, and now Durham. She currently performs with her indie team, Stolen Identity and Mettlesome's House Party. She would love to show you pictures of her pets.
