a talk about Imposter thinking
About this Event
From Impostor to Impact is a 45-minute leadership talk designed for women who are ready to stop second-guessing themselves and start stepping into greater visibility and influence.
In this powerful and practical session, leadership strategist and two-time TEDx speaker Morgan Massie will help women reframe impostor thinking—not as a sign they aren’t ready, but as evidence they are growing.
Attendees will explore:
- The hidden cost of playing small
- The three common lies that fuel impostor thinking
- How to shift from internal doubt to external impact
- A simple framework to clarify and claim your voice
Participants will leave with a tangible tool they can immediately use to articulate their message, leadership presence, or next bold move.
This event is free and open to the public as part of Women’s History Month in partnership with Nevada Women’s Fund.
