Calling all WGM (Women and Gender Minority) debaters!!!Imperial College London is delighted to invite you to Imperial WGM Pro-Am, held in-person on the 23rd November 2024.
Imperial WGM Pro-Am is a competition focused on welcoming the new generation of women and gender minorities into debating, building community, and passing down knowledge from our seasoned pros.
Team sign ups will be available, for both institutional and open teams. Teams where both speakers are novices are also welcome! There will additionally be individual speaker sign ups, which we will use to pair up novices and pros randomly.
In the spirit of building accessibility, all sign-ups will be free.
We would greatly welcome judge sign-ups.
This tournament will include a discussion panel, a (themed!) social, and a potluck dinner, which we would love for all of you to get involved in if you would like! Come along for a fun, thought provoking, and inclusive debating experience <3
