This big stout has at its core notes of dark chocolate and coffee from the diverse combination of roasted and caramel malts that comprise its malt bill. The Vienna malt used helps to bring these big flavors into balance with some malty sweetness. All of this is complimented with big notes of freshly roasted coffee from the large dose of Stauf's Guatemalan coffee beans that make their presence known early as you take in the aroma.
