Youth Panel Speakers:
' Impact Youth ' is an Action Group and innovative initiative that provides:
-Developing essential skills such as communication, public speaking, confidence, resilience and self-awareness.
-Gaining 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, problem solving and leadership
-Obtaining life-long skills through learning in a diverse environment, meeting youth of different cultures and nationalities, building positive and lasting friendships with peers
Our Mentors are committed creating successful future for our youth - mentees, guiding them and connecting their needs with resources and opportunities.
Target Audience
-Self-aware youth who are interested in starting a business or already in business
-Youth who wants to eliminate self doubt
-Immigrant, newcomer, refugee or Canadian youth Parents/Caregivers and youth workers
Vision and Energy of Event:
-Empower youth in attendance to be confident in their belief and ability to be entrepreneurs.
-Panel discussion with youth entrepreneurs and ‘mentor’ business entrepreneurs to discuss confidence, identity, and realities of being in business as a young person.
-Introduce attendees to various business opportunities
-Energy: Fun, informative, supportive and encouraging, interactive
Today life requires for young leaders to be responsible, self-sufficient, stress-resilient, self-confident and sociable. This initiative was created for youth who would like to enter business or career well-equipped. The program will be delivered in partnership with Immigrant Women in Business .
The goal of the initiative to teach the skills that can be applied for personal and professional advancement, including: Self-presentation and creating the best impression | Establishing new contacts and effective network | Building long-term relationship | Understanding other people's hidden motive | Self-control in stressful situation | Public speaking in small and large groups | Positive thinking and maintaining self-confidence
Agenda
Flow 1: Event Introduction and Setting Intentions (includes gratitude, celebrations) Allows attendees a moment to ground in and think about what they want to receive out of the event. (Intention setting/affirmation card)

Flow 3: Youth Entrepreneur Panel. Youth will discuss identity, confidence and their lived experiences in business.
Flow 4 : Tapping into your Divine Identity to Combat Doubt and Fear ( Rafiat Ahmed)

Flow 5 : Youth “Mentors” Speaker Panel Discussion. Business mentors will discuss their business and experiences
Learn and Growth Applied!: Now it's your turn to shine confidently! Take Inspired Action and Network!
Flow 6: UN SG 17 - Interactive Networking Game
Flow 7: Pitch Contest - After learning all about confidence and owning who you are, we will invite 3 youth entrepreneurs from the audience to pitch their business or business ideas for a prize!
Objectives:
-Start-progress, business and take action
-Equip attendees with strategies to combat the internal and external doubt factors that fosters the fear of failure or of success.
-Increased healthy self-confidence, esteem and resilience through promoting increased mental and spiritual health practices.
-Fulfillment and peace on the journey of success/ loving yourself
-‘Wealth and Currency is You’ / ‘Peace and Happiness’ AND Success not OR Success
-Expanding attendees understanding of Personal Development and Motivation

-Encourage youth to engage in business opportunities
-Welcome youth to Impact Youth - A Next-Gen Action Group
-Launch Growing Purposeful Young Leaders - A community for young people who seek to increase their confidence, self-esteem, and resilience in business and life.
