Join us Saturday, Nov. 15th, for the inaugural Impact Soccer Premier Cup Fan Fest on the Woodstock Arts Event Green! Games, treats, crafts and fun for all ages; this event is FREE to the public. But that’s not all! You have the chance to make a real IMPACT on the Cherokee Youth Foundation by adopting rubber duckies for a cold plunge… Curious how it works?!
ONE POOL. TWO MAYORS. HUNDREDS OF DUCKS.
Imagine this … A large pool in the middle of Downtown Woodstock, filled with water courtesy of the Woodstock Fire Dept & rubber duckies adopted by YOU, the community.
The Mayors of Woodstock and Canton, Mayor Michael Caldwell & Mayor Bill Grant, have graciously agreed to jump into the cold water full of rubber duckies.
The adopted rubber ducks will raise funds for the Cherokee Youth Foundation. Every $5 donation gets you one standard duck. Ducks are tagged by numbers to your name… The more ducks you adopt, the more chances you have to win one of three raffle items.
Each Mayor will choose a rubber duck at random to reveal winners of the duck plunge raffle. So, ducks raise funds for the Foundation, Mayors help choose 3 raffle winners, and everyone has fun. That’s what we call a Triple Win!
Stay tuned for more details on additional FREE activities.
