The City of Woodstock is making it easier than ever to recycle responsibly this fall by hosting two community recycling events at the same time and place. On Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Woodstock City Church, 150 Ridgewalk Parkway, to take part in convenient, eco-friendly disposal options.Both events will be held in different areas of the Woodstock City Church parking lot:
♻️ ’Tis the Season to Be Green! Recycling & Paper Shredding Event
•No registration required
•Accepts electronics, cardboard, cell phones, batteries, eyeglasses, hearing aids, newspapers, magazines, and more
•Secure residential paper shredding (limit 10 boxes per car)
•Collection of gently used clothing, shoes, home goods, and sporting goods benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta
•Drive-through format — volunteers will unload items

⚠️ Hazardous Waste Drop-Off with Live Thrive
•For Woodstock residents only
•Accepts hazardous household waste such as paint, chemicals, pesticides, Styrofoam, and clean/dry plastic film
