About this Event
Calling All Book Lovers!
Let’s gather for a cozy, community-centered Book Club connection with fellow Impact Austin members. We are going to read The Lion Women of Tehran by Marjan Kamali.
Bring a book (or two!) to swap, share a favorite, and highlight a few reads you’ve loved over the past year. We’ll spend the evening exchanging stories, discovering new titles, and reconnecting through the books that have stayed with us—past and present.
This will be a relaxed and welcoming space to share thoughts on the book, connect with other members, and enjoy meaningful conversation. Whether you’ve finished the book or are still making your way through it, you’re invited to join.
We will meet in the art room of the Overture. Take a left after you pass the desks, walk past the gym on the right, and take a little jog at the end of the hall.
Feel free to come as you are and bring along anything that makes the evening more enjoyable for you.
We can’t wait to read, reflect, and connect with you!
Dinner: Pick up a meal from one of our local restaurants or bring your favorite dinner/snacks from home.
We can’t wait to hear about the books that stayed with you—and the ones you couldn’t put down this year!
