Medicinal Herbal Intensive WorkshopFocusing on adaptogens and the immune system. How it works, what it does, what kinds of things we can do to strengthen and support it, what adaptogens do and how they work, what can go wrong and why, what herbs help heal it. We will work together to create natural immune tonics using western and eastern recipes and techniques.
This is a very intensive class that will include lecture and hands on activities. Lots of written materials and recipes will be included as well as all materials to do the activities.
Please bring note paper and writing instruments. You will want to take notes
