Intro to Sewing with Tria Connell
Learn all the sewing machine basics and a few simple mends in this 101 beginner-friendly sewing class!
The first step to making your clothes immortal is learning to sew! In this workshop, Tria Connell will guide you through threading a machine, how to change your bobbin, how to change the tension and stitch length, and more! Bring in some of your clothes with torn seams or that need patches and Tria will show you how to put your new skills to use!
This class or similar sewing knowledge will be required for any "Immortal Clothes" workshops to come.
Please Note: If you have your own sewing machine, please bring it and send us an email at [email protected] to let us know ahead of time. Machines will be provided if you do not have one!
