Mon 15 June 2026Step out of the everyday and into an immersive yoga space. For one night only, we are transforming the Orchard West auditorium into a vast, open-floor oasis of light and sound. Take a sensory journey designed to help you reconnect and "Find Your North."
Led by the incredible Shivaani Aroraa of Yoga Tara, these sessions are crafted to meet you exactly where you are, with all abilities welcome.
Arrive from 5.30pm to explore our curated wellness stalls in the foyer. Discover local brands, mindful products, and holistic treats. A perfect space to connect with the community before and between sessions.
6:30 PM – 7:15 PM | Session 1: Vinyasa Flow All levels welcome. Guided by the rhythm of your own breath, this flow moves through various asanas to build balance and physical strength while expanding the emotional body.
8:00 PM – 8:45 PM | Session 2: Yin Yoga All levels welcome. A deeply nourishing session designed to trigger a profound sense of calm. Tune into your physical body to explore your subtle energy and discover the hidden strength found in total stillness.
What You Need to Know
Bring Your Own Mat: As we have cleared the auditorium floor to create a communal energy, please bring your favourite yoga mat and any props (blocks or blankets) you need for your comfort.
All Abilities: Whether you are a seasoned yogi or unrolling your mat for the first time, Shivaani’s expert guidance ensures a welcoming environment for everyone.
Sessions are booked separately, so you are welcome to drop in for one, or attend both.
