Join us for an Immersive Yoga and Sound Bowl Meditation class at Studio Prolific!

Sundays 4pm: Immersive Yoga and Sound Bowl Meditation with Vielesha

90 minute class with the first portion being yoga then ending with a guided meditation and sound healing session.

• Sound healing, guided yoga nidra mediation and yoga
• Tibetan sound healing bowls and a tingcha

About Vielesha:

• Two 200 hour yoga teacher certifications. The first certificate was earned in the US in 2022 and the second earned in India this year in January. Also in the process of completing a 300 hour yoga teaching training with a school in India.
• Certified in Tibetan sound bowl healing
