Join Andrea for a deeply relaxing extended summer sound journey experience inside the Wine House at the beautiful Halfpenny Green Wine Estate, in collaboration with Gem Holistic.Sound healing helps to release tension in the body, reduces stress levels, calms chaotic thoughts, balances the energy centres (chakras) in the body and raises your overall vibration and sense of wellbeing.

Andrea's unique approach is to provide space for a sacred ethereal soundscape to be intuitively channelled through her voice alongside beautiful instruments, where you are bathed in a golden frequency, bypassing the mind and opening a quiet space within.
This is not a performance, and it is more than sound therapy. It is a threshold — a luminous meeting point between energy and form — where you may begin to harmonise with the deeper truth of who you are.
As the frequencies unfold, the mind and nervous system softens, emotions may gently release, the body rebalances, and a space of stillness, clarity, and deep energetic realignment is felt.
Many experience this work as a return — to presence, to clarity, to wholeness.
We may call this experience sonic alchemy — as the tones activate a process known as cymatics where sound vibrations ripple through the cells, returning and harmonising them to the frequency of relief.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Whilst Andrea's sound journeys are safe for most people to attend as she does not place instruments directly on the body (unless where stated otherwise), there are some rare exceptions, as follows, and you are advised not to attend if you have the following:
Sound induced epilepsy
History of severe mental health challenges or psychosis
Note: First 12 weeks of pregnancy - I will avoid working very close to the body with instruments (please let me know if you are in the first trimester)
Implants and electrical devices - These are ok to receive off-the-body sound frequencies, however, please check with your doctor if you have any device fitted that is sound sensitive, eg. hearing implants.
