• Drink plenty of water to be hydrated before, during and after your session. Eat a light meal to help your body prepare for the detoxifying effects of the EESystem.
• Dress comfortably with layers, if desired, to adjust to the temperature in the room.
• Bring a blanket, pillow, water bottle, socks or slippers (no shoes or bare feet are allowed in the EESystem Room for sanitary purposes), eye mask if you want total darkness, and noise-canceling ear plugs or ear phones if you are sensitive to noise while resting.
• Do not wear heavy perfume or oils, as some guests are sensitive to strong scents.
• No food or drinks other than water are allowed in the EESystem Room.
• Cell phone usage is not allowed in the EESystem Room. We will ask you to either leave your phone in your car or place on airplane mode while in your session.
• Please arrive for your FIRST appointment 20 minutes before your scheduled time to participate in a short introduction to what to expect in the system. After your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to avoid losing time in the EESystem Room.
• Come into your session with an open heart and mind. Prepare good intentions and affirmations for what you would like to happen with the healing of your body. Napping and meditation are ideal while in the system.
