On August 8th, 8/8 Lion’s Gate, embrace the vastness that you are in a meditative journey with sound, light wavelengths & color as the sun retreats into the glow of night we gather together at this gem of a rooftop & terrace with gorgeous views of the midtown skyline -nestled in the heart of midtown, steps from Central Park to go on a journey for a beautifully curated evening that will pair sound, hands-on reiki, color bathing in light and vibrational attunements.
We are all vibrational beings; the universe itself is vibrating and through the intentional and conscious use of sound we can attune ourselves to be in greater harmony with that balancing vibration. Join Eileen Moran (www.architectsofexperience.com) certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner and wellness curator & Color Specialist and holistic practitioner Caroline Guilbert (https://www.carolineguilbert.com/), in experiencing the positive effects of intentional sound and harmonic overtones in the body. This will be a relaxing tune up to help align with wellness & self-healing using the sounds of the Gong, Himalayan and crystal bowls and other harmonic overtones emitting instruments. NYC-based designer and artist Caroline Guilbert brings a holistic approach to color, highlighting its beauty in the everyday. Guilbert obtained their Master's degree in color in their native France, gaining a deep understanding of how color impacts various facets of our daily lives through psychology, theory, and more. Caroline started her journey with color in 2011, providing guidance and insights as a color specialist to many industries and as an artist alchemizing flower and food waste into Color.
This journey has led them to explore new ways of harnessing the power of color through healing. Caroline has been practicing yoga for almost 15 years and holds certifications in sound healing therapy, reiki, nidra, and kundalini yoga, having trained extensively with gurus in India and Indonesia. Combining their skills in chroma, art therapy, and wellness, they alchemize both matter and energy to heal themselves and others. Caroline’s dedication to creating a holistic healing space and guiding others on their soul journeys inspires and supports many on their paths.
Caroline Guilbert’s mission is to create a harmonious blend of design, art, and healing, using the power of color to enrich lives and foster well-being. Their holistic and intertwined lifestyle reflects a deep connection to color, creativity, and the human spirit.
Eileen Moran is a multi-disciplinary holistic health practitioner certified in integrative sound & music, energy medicine, herbal medicine, nutrition and meditation. She is the founder of Architects Of Experience (www.architectsofexperience.com), a retreat and event production company. Her expertise extends as a meditation instructor, health advocate, cancer patient navigator, and teacher at Healhaus Corporate Wellness. Eileen is the former Director of Integrative Health Programs at You Can Thrive! and continues to partner with hospitals, corporations and nonprofits to develop wellness programing. She supported the international therapeutic sound healing community at large by working as course facilitator of the Integrative Sound & Music Program at the New York Open Center. Eileen’s specialty is in community development and curating immersive programming with therapeutic sound, botanical medicine, meditation, yoga, nutrition, integrative therapies and movement.
