In this half-day retreat, you’ll move beyond learning and into embodiment — exploring ancient practices through direct experience. Together we will:
• Practice mudra (sacred hand gestures for balance)
• Chant mantra to calm and focus the mind
• Experience gentle pranayama (breathwork) for nervous system regulation
* Abhyanga demonstration followed by a sauna immersion + tri doshic bidy oil to take home
• Share meaningful Ayurvedic wisdom you can bring into everyday life
* Learn + practice sense organ care for longevity
• Connect in a supportive, peaceful community space
We’ll nourish you from the inside out with a traditional, plant-based kitchari and soothing Ayurvedic beverages prepared with intention.
