SOMAMVMNT is an intuitive, embodied movement practice that blends creative yoga sequencing with somatic techniques, primal movement, fascia work, breathwork, and subtle body awareness. Rooted in interoception and embodied experience, this practice supports a deeper relationship to the physical body, nervous system, and internal awareness while leaving space for intuitive expression and creative freedom.
This immersive weekend teacher certification is an invitation for dedicated teachers and practitioners to deepen their understanding of somatic movement, yoga, and the felt sense of the body. Through primal and somatic movement, breathwork, fascia work, subtle energy techniques, and creative flows, you will gain the tools to teach SOMAMVMNT from the authenticity of your own embodiment. Trauma-informed principles are integrated throughout, emphasizing choice, consent, and safety, while cultivating presence, inner authority, and confidence in your teaching.

Graduates will gain a strong foundation in somatic movement education and the confidence to teach SOMAMVMNT or integrate its principles into their existing offerings. This training is open to yoga teachers, somatic and movement practitioners, and dedicated yogis seeking to deepen their somatic practice. This training is eligible for 20 Yoga Alliance CE hours.
