Immersion Week is a full-spectrum, week-long intensive designed to strengthen your body, sharpen your blade, deepen your artistry, and expand your courage.

This year’s theme: Shadow Work & Slaying Your Demons.

We go inward so we can rise outward.

Morning Sessions (First Half of the Day) 10am-1pm
• Daily Body Care & Strength Training
• Boho Dance Technique
• Fusion Fragments
• Guided Group Improv & Presence Work

We build from the inside out — conditioning the body, clarifying technique, and refining Powerful Purposeful Presentation.

Afternoon Sessions, 2pm-6pm
• BRAND NEW Choreography
• Interactive Performance Project

Belladonna is SO excited about this year’s piece.

This choreography will be interactive, layered, theatrical, and deeply personal. We will explore the process of confronting our own shadows — the doubt, the fear, the inner critic — and consciously slaying the demons that keep us small and though dancing through the dark.. that is how queens are made! Costume requirements and video project details will be shared closer to the training
