We begin with a guided relaxation accompanied by the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments to help you relax and let go of tension. You are invited to set an intention, like planting seeds as you connect with the energy of Mother earth.
Then let the sounds and vibrations of the gongs take you to deeper levels of awareness, your body and mind taking what it needs, releasing stagnant energies, leaving you relaxed, retuned and rebalanced.
