!FRIDAY FREQUENCY SOAK!
Are you looking for an alternative way to "switch off" after your working week?
Lay back and unwind while Nikki bathes you in the nourishing vibrations of himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, her voice and therapeutic percussion . Nikki has trained with The British Academy of Sound Therapy and follows a method of sound therapy that has been proven to relax the body and soothe the mind. She aims to induce dream like states, to sleep while awake, to nourish the nervous system and slow down the brain.
This months session is clebrating Imbolc, a traditonal Celtic festival halfway between the shortest and the longest days, ushering in the spring and the abundace it brings, the perfect time for planting seeds for the year ahead 🌱
The space in East Side Yoga is beautifully resonant, particpants will feel truly soaked and held in a depth of healing frequency.
Start the weekend reset and rejuvenated.
Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets wlll be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and if you are unable to lie on the floor please let me know and i will provide an alternative.
Some nourishing refreshments will be offered at the end with some time for chats and integration, if you wish.
