Join us for a weekend of inspiring and well-aligned yoga asana, deep and insightful meditation practices, enriching community connection, skillful assisting and adjusting instruction, and powerful integration exercises.
Imbolc marks the midway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. It is the time when we begin to emerge from the cocoon of winter, shaking off the slumber to expand once more into the returning light. During this weekend, we will tend the flame of our own sacred center in order to reawaken our inspiration and keep the hearth fire burning bright as we co-create an uplifting present and future.
Morning asana practices will include dharma talks, alignment-based and skillfully-sequenced asana, and harmonizing breath-work. Afternoon practices will include time for aspiring and seasoned teachers alike to hone and refine their craft of sharing the great practice of yoga with clear instruction and expanded confidence.

Individual Sessions : Register -->
Saturday, 10:30am-1:30pm
This morning will include a full asana practice that integrates a strong warmup, standing postures, hip and heart-openers, a few hand balances, and a nice cooldown while exploring the importance of Imbolc from the Celtic perspective. A dance between the Cailleach of fall and winter, and Brigid of spring and summer, this time of transition calls us to stand on the threshold of possibility with purpose and receptivity, opening to all we week to co-create in the world.
Saturday, 3:00-6:00pm
Join us for an afternoon of exploration as we gather to learn the fundamentals of skillful assisting and adjusting in asana. We'll discuss the ethics of touch, how to clearly and safely help practitioners move into clearly-aligned and biomechanically-engaged postures, and spend time breaking down each yoga pose in a way that takes people more deeply into their practices and benefits students and teachers alike.
Sunday, 9:30am-12pm
This Leo Full Moon practice will call upon our deepest heartsong, inviting us to weave its magic into our breath and movement, muscles and bones, organs and tissues, bringing it uniquely to life in only the ways that we can. A strong practice that will include a plethora of yoga postures, this smorgasbord of asana will run the full gamut from standing to seated, expansive to still, steady to soft, and everything in between. Come prepared to move to your most inspiring edge while tuning into your deep creative capacity.
Sunday, 1:30-4:30pm
Another afternoon of exploration, we'll continue diving into the realms of skillful assisting and adjusting in a safe and therapeutic way. A quieting asana and meditation practice will close out our weekend together, and time for integration and sharing will be included.
