I invite you to join me for an afternoon of creativity as all around us the Earth begins to awaken and stir.
We will be moving through some gentle yoga sequences to release our creative flow before creating our own Visionboards to sow our seeds of hopes and dreams for the coming year. Imbolc is a time of awakening, as all around us stirs once more nature begins to unfurl her buds. A time of awakening, creativity and change. Now is the time to give life to our visions and dreams, it is the season of growth and whatever seeds we sow now will expand, change and grow.
There will of course be tea and homemade cake.
The afternoon will run 1.00pm to 4.30pm. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
