Two iconic ensembles. One night. A veritable feast for chamber music fans.Imani Winds and Boston Brass are two powerhouse wind ensembles and champions of new music. Now they come together in the majestic Rockefeller Memorial Chapel to create a “super band” for a performance that chamber music dreams are made of. Showcasing their collective virtuosity and versatility, their program features the music of multi-GRAMMY winning musician and composer Arturo Sandoval, as well as music by Khachaturian, J.S. Bach, de Falla, Piazzolla, and modern masters D’Rivera and Simon.
