Imagine That: A Mother & Daughter Dream Lab is a guided, interactive experience designed to help mothers (others) and daughters slow down, dream aloud, and rediscover what’s possible—together.
In this creative “lab,” imagination meets intention. Through meaningful conversation starters, reflective prompts, and hands-on visioning activities, families are invited to explore their hopes for themselves, their relationship, and the future they are becoming. This is not about perfection or pressure—it’s about curiosity, connection, and courage.
Participants will work side by side to uncover shared dreams, name individual aspirations, and begin shaping a vision rooted in love, values, and possibility. The Dream Lab creates a safe and joyful space where daughters feel seen and heard, and mothers are reminded of the powerful role they play as encouragers, guides, and vision-keepers.
