Opening Summer 2026: Asian Highlands, the first chapter of Imagine Asia at the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo.
Join us at the zoo in Grazers Restaurant for a sneak preview of what the updated Asia zone has to offer for not only our guests but our animals too!
During this session, we will touch on the new brand visual ID, interpretive experience strategy, and highlight unique features to the updated and new habitats.
This invitation is intended for those from your organization who are responsible for marketing, communications, content, travel trade, and guest experience.
Lunch & Learn Schedule:
- 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Lunch at Grazers Restaurant
- 12:00 p.m. -12:45 p.m. - Imagine Asia & Asian Highlands Presentation
- 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Questions and Networking
Please park at the North Entrance Parking lot at 210 St. George’s Drive NE or stop off at Zoo Station. Parking is included for this event, please provide your liscene plate information to register your vehicle! Please RSVP with the first and last name of you and your +1 (if attending), your email and any allergy restrictions.
Getting to Grazers Resturant at the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo
Enter through the Jayman BUILT Plaza and the North Tunnel Entrance. Please check-in with our Guest Relations team upon arrival by providing your name at the gate, and they will let you into the zoo grounds.
Arrive early or stay after lunch to visit your favourite animals around the park!

1. Continue straight, past Penguin Plunge
2. Walk across the Discovery Bridge
3. After Discovery Bridge, turn right and continue past Kitamba Café
4. Turn right after the Flamingos and head into Grazers Resturant
