imaginary beasts theatre ensemble proudly announces the return of its much-loved Winter Panto tradition with a folksy and frisky take on a cherished classic: "The Bremen Town Musicians (A Prop-Trunk Panto!)". It’s a family-friendly frolic, spun with imaginary beasts’ signature charm, sure to tickle the funny bones and warm the hearts of all!
Oh, what a worry in the Wayward Wood. Screech-Horn, the Bandit King, has wickedly nicked Fairy Fiddlehead’s magic! To win it back, she’ll need more than a wish; she’ll need to rely on her own wits, and a motley menagerie of merry misfits.
The adventure begins with Figaro—a donkey with an impossible dream—who sets off on a quest to be a famous singer in the harmonious haven of Bremen. But he won’t tread a lonely road for long! Soon he is joined by a woeful hound with a bad case of the blues; a finicky feline, particular about her purrs and paws; and a raddled rooster, who can't tell day from night.
Will this uncommon, comical crew find their rhythm in time to help the good fairy, or will they lose their way in the wild, wondrous Wayward Wood— where bandits, witches, and grizzlies galumph and play?
