"I'm fine, how are you?" is a free community support group tailored for adults navigating mental health challenges. Come along and join us for a cup of tea and a chat.

In this safe and supportive environment, you can connect with others experiencing similar struggles, gain valuable tools to navigate difficult times, and discover mindfulness techniques to enhance your daily life and well-being.

This is a free support group for anoyone over 18+. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Please Note: This is not a therapy or counselling session and is not hosted by a fully trained councillor, however, there will be a fully trained & licensed therapist present.
