This groundbreaking production delves into the woman behind the music – her rise to fame, her battles behind the spotlight, and her powerful journey of resilience.
Directed by Racky Plews, choreographed by Ebony Clarke, with music supervision by Mark Crossland, this emotionally charged theatrical experience written by Nia T. Hill, will take you on a journey from the triumphs to the trials, from the anthems to activism. This is Chaka Khan like you’ve never seen her before.
The role of Chaka Khan will be played by Alexandra Burke on Thu 2, Fri 3 and Sat 4 (evening). On Wed 1 and Sat 4 (matinee) the role will be played by Jordan Frazier.
