If you feel called, bring a small personal item for the altar—a charm, token, or meaningful object that holds intention for you. This can represent something you’re ready to release, transform, honor, or step into.
Exhale anxiety, stress, and worry. Inhale peace, joy, and abundance. Is it that easy? You're giving yourself permission, that's the first step. There's no reason you don't deserve these things, you just have to be open to recieve and put yourself in that state. The breath is the doorway to calming the mind and pausing the story you're telling yourself otherwise. In this state of being you'll open to the natural joy and spirit within, and recognize that its always available to you once you create the path to access it.

This very important work involves a series of Conscious Intuitive Energy Breathing cycles that give people more health, happiness, success, peace of mind and so much more.
You'll experience a guided Healing & Personal Growth Acceleration Journey. It's for people who desire rapid consciousness expansion, increased self-awareness, direct spiritual experiences through a 100% natural process with the power of breath, Third-eye openings, and somatic trauma release and healing, which all leads to a greater sense of well-being, growing connection with your higher self and spiritual nature, reduced anxiety and fear, as well as more confidence and clarity of purpose in your calling, relationships, health, self-love, and a sustainable more joyful peace of mind. Breath workshops will start with a 30 minute overview and explanation of the process followed by a 60 minute deeply meditative and powerful breathing experience discovered by Leonard D. Orr in the 1960's. Once the cycle is complete you'll be given time to integrate the experience, journal if you'd like, and debrief with the group.
