No appointment or advanced preparation is needed - just stop by!Illinois Eye Center staff will perform visual acuity screenings to determine how well an individual can clearly see at a given distance. Screenings are performed on a machine similar to those at the DMV. If you normally wear glasses or contacts, please bring them. The screening will help determine how well your current prescription is working.
Younger children and teens must have a parent or guardian present to consent to screening. Younger children must know their letters and be able to distinguish between each one for accurate screening results.
Registration is requested but not required. Register in advance to get an email reminder for this event.
